Never skip your Breakfast: that’s right, you want to lose weight then you have to keep your body busy and that is the easiest and the simplest way to keep your metabolism high, you should eat something as soon as you get up, like some slices of apple with milk or pour yourself some cereal with worm milk and that is the best way to kick start your metabolism…
  2. Drink plenty of water: You should drink lots of water not because you need beautiful  skin and hair and all that, but you need to keep your body dehydrated and slim, as much water you will consume, as rapid you will lose weight and that would be a very healthy weight lose and it would be a better weight look with healthy looking skin and body.
  3. Eat several mini meals during the day: That is a trick that we play with our body, if you want to lose weight you need to keep your metabolism high, you need to keep your body busy, your system going, and digesting is the hardest thing that you can make your body to do, so eat, don’t eat good three meals, instead eat 5 small meals with 2 snakes or teas with lots of lots of water and that will show you how you lose weight by easting good, BTW you have to eat good, if you are eating small meals they should be consist on good healthy well balance diet instead of eating rubbish…
  4. Reduce Salt in Your Diet: Salt is a big contributor to weight gain and often a reason why the numbers on the scale aren’t going down, when you increase your water consumption, but don’t reduce the salt intake, your water start making you fat, yes, when you want to lose weight and you using water for that you have to stop taking sodium, I don’t have issues with iodine but you cannot get plain iodine, can you?
  5. Walk, walk walk, yes, don’t join the gym , you just need to walk very intensively twice a day for good 45 minutes and if you are reading the time then increase the intensity, do you know how to do that right.
  6. Last, but not least, Sleep, take good 8 hours sleep and stay happy and healthy.
