By taking the foods which are rich in calcium contents as milk, yogurt makes the nails strong and healthy.
APPLY NAIL POLISH

WEAR RUBBER GLOVES
While doing some work with water as dish washing or laundry works or doing any work which put pressure on the nail tips wear rubber gloves .Wear vinyl gloves if you are doing some work with dirt or harsh cleanser. To make your hands more soft apply hand lotion before wearing rubber gloves.
