Lose Weight – 5 years back I did some study related to my all time favorite hobby and that is fitness, I actually did some diplomas till the level 4 and at that time I came to know how wrong I was regarding weight lose and fitness and how stupid things never worked for me and then I came to know that you need to work hard to make your digestive system run according to your requirements and that is the main reason we ask to get in active life style,
we actually need out system to run faster and then it will increase the rate of our metabolism, you can try jogging, running, skipping or whatever you want, but noting work better and harder than digesting, digesting food would be the hardest thing that your body could do and if you pick the right amount and the right kind of food then you will actually see some magical result really soon,
I can tell you that I lost 45 Kilos in one 7 months with that I lost almost 10 sizes too, you would be thinking that I am exaggerating, but the truth is I am not, that is the most successful thing I have ever done in my life and I will tell you what I use to eat and that might actually help you, you might get lots of plain or choices, but it was pretty impossible for me so I use to pick as it was convenient for me, and that is what you can do.
I was working and studding at the same time so I had to leave home at 5 in the morning and I use to take a cup of worm milk and one apply in the morning and then at 8 I use to eat some sort of homemade cereal and I use to cook whole grains at home and carry with me, and add some nuts, seeds, fruits or something on it, but no milk at all and no sugar, 4 tablespoon of whole grains cooked in water, it would be better if you soak it over night before cook it in the same water.
At 11 o clock I use to take one cup of worm green tea with one ginger cookie, but if you don’t want to add any sweetener then you can take some roosted nuts at that time, although I will suggest you to keep munching on mix nuts all day long.
At 2o clock I use to take lunch, a full amount of lunch that get fit on my palm, some kind of protein, I prefer fish, and I love salmon or sushi with some uncooked or steamed greens and half serving of fruit with three tae spoon of plain organic yogurt, I don’t use low fat, I like my organic yogurt the most…
Then at 5 I use to eat mix salad, I mix fruits with vegetables, love that time and add some nuts and some spices, canyon paper and some ACV too and take one cup of fresh juice with it and at the end almost half past 7 I use to eat the last meal of my day, a small cup of soup with a diner role.
Take black cumin seed three times a day and ACV with worm water 5 times a day and keep sipping plain water all day long to stay hydrated and no food after sunset.
