To be pregnant is the desire of every couple as they get married because it is the nature bliss for them. So every one either the couple itself or the surrounding people all are anxiously waiting for this matrimonial bliss for the first time. As you to get pregnant requires some planning.

There are certain tips for the planning of pregnancy:

CUT OF ALCHOL. SMOKING AND COFFIN PRODUCTS;

  • It is suggested that all these are the things which reduce the chances of fertility and inhibit the pregnancy. Thus us all these should be excluded from the diet to get the goal of pregnancy early.

FOLIC ACID INTAKE;

  • The folic acid plays vital role in getting pregnant. The daily requirement of this dose is from 0.4 mg to 5 mg per day. Though it is found naturally in our most of the diet but to eliminate the factor of its deficiency it should be taken for healthy growth of baby and to avoid the risk of any developmental abnormality.  It actually has effect on the spinal cord disorders also. And recover the anemic condition of the body.

VITAMIN D;

  • Vitamin D is essential for bones, muscles and it will be required as400 units or 10 microgram daily. Usually our diet contains it but if taken in calcium vitamin tablets and only vitamin tablets it will save us from many abnormalities during pregnancy.

OVER WEIGHT AND OBESETY;

  • If you are overweight or obese then it is better to reduce your weight   before to get pregnant because it will create many problems in delivery and also in pregnancy.

STRESS FREE SEX;

  • If you are wishing the pregnancy you should do sex for pleasure and give relaxation to your body. Because any stress is harmful for you and the necessary stimulation required for the state of pregnancy vanished and your sex process remain reward less in terms of pregnancy.

TAKE SOME REST AFTER SEX;

  • After inter course try to lay down with proper position so that the sperms injected by your partner reach to the egg and to be get fertilized, so not to get erect suddenly after sex or go to washroom.

AVOID MEDICATIONS;

  • If you are taking some medicine for any ailment it should be eliminated or if necessary then in such form which not hinder the fertility so care should be taken in the selection of medicine.

HEALTHY DIET;

  • NO doubt diet plays a vital role in each process of our body; same is true with the pregnancy. Such diets are taken which strengthen your fertile period. Extra fats and junk foods should be avoided.
