Make Persian Basmati Rice Cooking Method

Persian basmati rice is quite easy to cook don’t you need and professional skills for it you just need a desire and devotion. You need some of the ingredients to make and it is easily available at home.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 tablespoons salt
  • 3 -4 cups basmati rice
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 -4 tablespoons oil

Direction:

First of all wash the rice enough with the warm and salty water until the water in the bowl get cleared then drain it. Take a pan large enough and filled it half with the water and add the salt according to your taste and let it be boiled for some minutes and after some time add the drained rice in the pan.

And put it on the heat for some time. Take another bowl and add one table spoon of butter let it melt, add a pinch of saffron in the butter. Sprinkle the rice with a spoon into a mound in the pan on the stove.

Make some of the holes in the rice with the help of spoon and pour the butter in these holes. To make the pan air-tight put about three layers of paper towel on the top of the pan and then place the lid and let it cook on the medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Put the heat at the lowest point and that it can make steam for 35 minutes. Now un-lid the pan and scoop out some of the rice from the pan be careful of breaking the crust. Here you are with the Persian basmati rice.
