Paneer Stuffed Bread Recipe

Easy Paneer Bread RollsToday we are going to give you a very yummy and very simple to make dish recipe and I am sure you all would love it and it would be your new tea time special, btw it can be a very good morning or evening bread too.

Paneer Stuffed Bread

Ingredients you need:

  • 400 gm Wheat Flour,
  • 2 teaspoon Dry Yeast,
  • Salt,
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar,
  • 1-2 tablespoon Oil

Stuffing:

  • 250 gms Paneer,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper,
  • Green Chilli,
  • 2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves,
  • Sesame half cup,
  • Now we will make the Paneer Stuffed Bread,

First of all we will prepare the dough to make bread and for that we will take 2 1/2 cup lukewarm water now we will take wheat flour, divide it into 2 portions on a plate with hands and put salt, sugar, oil, and home-made yeast or any yeast in it and we will mix it well  and then we will keep adding warm water and keep adding the flour as required and knead the flour , and we will keep the dough soft  and then we will put it in a bowl and cover it with foil and we will give it some time to and when you see it is double in size now and looks smooth and light, it’s done, we will punch the dough to make it equal and divide it into 8-10 equal parts to make balls and we will make small balls of the dough, use some flour if you need, now once you are done with dough, we will place the balls aside and let them get fluffy again and we will work on filling now, we will take paneer  and we will add salt, black pepper, green chili and we will mix it well, you should take the grated paneer to make a Masala Paneer Stuff cause it is easier to mix ingredients with grated cheese, now keep mixing it well and then put it aside.

Paneer Stuffed Bread RecipeNow we will take the dough ball and dust it with dry flour and spread some sesame on the rolling board and flatten the ball to make a flat disc like we make for paranthas and then we will put the paneer slices on the disc and sprinkle some home-made spices and then we will put the filling in it and we start rolling the disc in the shape of bread and then press it a bit to seal the corners and then we will sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top side, make bread of all of those balls with same style and then they are ready, now we will keep them aside and we will set the tray.

We will take a tray and grease it with little oil and then we will place these bread pieces in the tray, if you feel that your bread is softer than it should have then you should put a silver foil on the tray, it will not only make it easier to takeout, it will keep your sheet safe too, now you should cover the tray and leave it for an hour and meanwhile preheat the oven at 200 centigrade.

Now we will take the tray and out it in the oven and then resent at 190 centigrade for 10 minutes and if you feel that your bread is turning brown in color then it is ready or you can bake for another 2-3 minutes at the same temperature.
