GARGLE WITH MOUTH WASH:
After brushing and using tongue scrappers twice a day gargle with mouth wash or with the cold water thoroughly. This is also done after each meal.

EAT FOOD WHICH CLEARS THE THROAT:
Eat guava, goes berry, bread and rough food which clean the back of the throat. Drink plenty of water after each food.
