Homemade Foot Scrub Recipes

Here are some simple ways to remove the dead skin from your feet with care:

Make a mixture of 2 tablespoon of brown sugar, one tablespoon honey, one tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix it well and then apply it all over your feet for like 5 minutes and then start scrubbing your feet with hands, keep massaging till the mixture turns thick, smooth and sticky and then wash your feet with worm water and foot brush and then tab dry your feet and apply some foot moisturizer and wear soaks to keep the moisturizer intake.

Homemade Hand and Foot ScrubsMake a mixture with 5 cups warm water plus 1 cup milk and soak feet for at least 10 minutes and then take a mixture of coconut oil, salt in some bowl and apply it all over your feet and start scrubbing your feet with smooth hands and then wash it off with worm water and pat dry and apply some moisturizer.

Make a foot mask with banana pulp, avocado pulp and some olive oil and let it on your foot and your heel for like 20 minutes and then wash your feet with worm water and foot brush and then rub your heels with black lava stone, specially your heal and wash your feet with worm water an apply some moisturizer.

Homemade Foot Scrub For Dry FeetMake a mixture with petroleum jelly or Vaseline and add some lemon juice or ACV in it and apply it all over your heels and you feet for 10 minutes and wear socks and go to sleep, make a mixture with oats powder, some baby oil and some salt in the morning and rub your feet with that, and then wash your feet with worm water and foot brush.

These are mask that you can use three times a week, but you should wash your feet with sop and brush everyday and then apply some moisturizer too.
