Many fruits and vegetables are the rich source of calcium and pectin. These components are helpful in blocking the fat absorption in the body. It will also boost the metabolism of the body. Some seeds as sesame, flax seeds, olives, and almond are also good in blocking the unhealthy fats absorption.


Soy acts as great agent in blocking the fats absorption in the body. These soy foods and soya beans have rich content of fibers, unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin, vitamins and minerals. These breakdown the already stored fats inside the body which are easily eliminated from the body, It has been researched that lecithin, helps the digestive system to dissolve the body fats and eliminated from the body. It may be taken in different forms as soya milk, soya sauce, soy flour and miso. It is also used as dietary supplement.
