Ingredients of Kakori Kebab

Oven temperature: 425F-220 C

1 egg
To brush Ghee by brushing some chaat masala
To garnish onion rings and lemon slices

How to make Kakori Kebab

1. Mix all ingredients except ghee and garnish to marinate for about 4 hours, then crush to a smooth, thick paste.2. Knead this mixture well and mix the roasted gram and the egg.3. Cover and refrigerate for one more hour. 4. Approximately 25 minutes before serving, mold the meat around the skewers and place the skewers on a rack on a drip tray, or in a preheated oven (also in a drip tray) .5.If you cook them on a charcoal grill, you will have to keep turning so that they are evenly browned and cooked.6. They should take 15 to 20 minutes to cook.7. Squash with ghee and cook another 2 minutes. 8. Store garnished with chaat masala and lemon onions and serve with green hot sauce.
