Usually we need energy in all our doings and all of our energy comes from our food. It is an undisputable fact that food is the main source o energy but   the consumption of energy is a fact which makes us lethargic after our daily routine works. Usually we waste most of our energy in trifles. Most of our doings are either unplanned or worthless as far as our body energy level is concerned. So the issue is how we boost our energy level in daily routine. There are certain tips for boosting the energy in our daily routine working habits:

SCHEDULE YOUR SLEEPING HOURS;

  • It’s an interesting phrase” early to bed and early to rise make a man healthy wealthy and wise”. There is great truth behind this. As we know that all of us need a healthful sleep of 8 to 9 hours in a day. But the fact is this whether it is a sound sleep or not. For a sound sleep it should be uninterrupted in all ways.  Now a day our life style is such that we have to wake up till late night and then got up at late morning. It is thought that the sleep in darker environment is much sounder as compared to the sleep in lights either natural or artificial lights. So try to have sleep of 8 to 9 hours in an environment where lights are off to boost your energy level.

INHALE ENERGY WAVES AS MUCH AS YIOU CAN;

  • It is thought and experienced that the time of birds awaking is the full of energy time, the atmospheres have waves of health in it. So in early morning you should go outside in open air and inhale as much air inside you as you can. It will definitely increase your energy level for the day.

CONTROLL ALL YOUR NEGATIVE EMOTIONS;

  • Try to keep yourself away from negative feelings at least when you wake up. Depressions stress fears and phobias all are hindering factors in your energy levels so get rid from them by doing some game exercise or doing any such work which is a great fun for you.

HEALTHY EATING HABITS;

  • Eat well and remain well. Try to eat not to fill your abdomen just like a letter box but eat a nutritious and balanced diet, it contains a plenty or juices and water. Think before to eat. In short diet should be taken not to satisfy the taste buds but to fulfill the body requirements.

WEAR BRIGHT DRESSES;

  • It’s a certain fact that what we wear it will have great impact on our personality and on our mood swing. As we all experienced the dress we wore in some joyful functions are usually brighter colored and it will give the positive energy to our body as well as other audience. So spread the colors in your surroundings as well as within yourself by wearing colorful dresses.

GIVE SPLASHES OF WATER TO YOUR FACE;

  • As you feel yourself sluggish and in low energy level try to make your habit to splash the plenty of water to your face frequently as thrice a day. It will keep your skin healthy as well as brighten your vision.

FIND PLAYFUL TIME;

  • Schedule your daily timetable in such a way that you have at least 20 minutes for your self and spend this time either with your partner, friends, or any other activity by which you forget yourself and your worries. It will surely regenerate your energy level.

ORGANIZE YOUR WORLD;

  • It’s a great job to do every thing in a planned way but it will save your much mental and physical energy and you will feel yourself more comfortable. You can save your time and increase your productivity.
