Oily skin is the most perfect and healthy skin kind, we stay younger and sweeter for longer time of period, we just need to look after our skin and we would be able to get smoother, soft and cute skin even in our 40s, one of my teachers was the most beautiful and the most younger looking woman I have ever seen in my life when I was in my school, I am talking about the time when I was in my junior and she still look the same, just cause she has blessed skin and guess what? I am sharing her tips with you, I am so thankful of her to share her tips with me.
Here are a simple routine that you need to follow to get beautiful and healthy oily skin and you would see that you do lose the shiny greasy skin without losing the benefits of your skin.
1- Wash your face with worm water in the morning and then splash some chilled water and wash your face at least three times a day, if you don’t really have to then don’t use too much cosmetic cause you have oily skin so the cosmetic would become a horrible mistake for your skin.
2- Wash your face with a mixture of gram flour and turmeric instead of face wash and if you have super oils skin then you can add either lime or yogurt in it and if you live a soap free life then it would be the best thing that you could do to your skin.
3- Take a jar of alum powder in your bathroom and scrub it all over your face for 5 minutes at least three times a day, you need to take a teaspoon powder in your hand and then apply all over your face and massage in circular motions for 5 minutes and then wash with running water, never use soap with lime or alum powder and it will keep your skin healthy, clean and tight and you would be able o ditch all the germs production too.
4- Drink lots of water and if you don’t have any stomach or systematic issues then take some drops of lime in your every glass of water and it will not only keep you healthy and maintain your metabolism, but it will control your oil glands too, and you can use honey in your drinks too.
5- Eat healthy food, avoid oil as much as you can, trust me, oily or fried unhealthy food is the most delicious enemy of your body and your beauty, and eat steamed food.
6- When you get home, take some olive oil in your hands and worm it between your palm and then massage it all over your face, and then wipe it off with wet worm cotton towel, this is a very brilliant and best way to keep your skin clean and healthy, if you maintain this trick you will never get pimple, acne or blackheads for sure.
7- Steam facial is the must do for your and for your skin, massage your face with lots of olive oil, if you want more benefit of this cleansing then add some lavender oil or oil of citric fruit and rub all over your face for at least 20 minutes, you have to keep massaging till you see that your face is burning red and then cover your whole body with a bit sheet and turn on the steamer in the cover or your sheet for at least 20 more minutes and then rub all over your body and your face with wet worm muslin cloth and then take some lime juice and rub all over your body for as long as you can, cause you cannot sleep with neat lime juice on your face and you either can go out in sunshine and you have to do this at least three times a week and if you have access to sauna then you don’t need steamer.
8- Mix sea salt with lime or plain worm milk and rub it all over your face and your body and keep rubbing it for 20 minutes and this is the best mask for oily skin.
9- Apply yogurt over your face and body whenever you get time and you have to apply on your face ever day, cause even though if you have oily skin, you need moisturizer and for that you can use Aloe Vera gel and yogurt.
10- Sleep well and stay healthy and positive, morning walk and gym training is very good for you.
