Aging is a process which brings along reduced physical capacity wrinkles on body lesser mental endurance and many diseases. As a natural course of action no one can live younger for entire life therefore aging is inevitable. But at least we can always try to remain healthier smarter and physically fit, so that the ill effects of aging could be reduced.

When age increases the body functions are also affected this supplements the problems of aging. In order to reduce the ill effects or aging here are a few tips which might help you improving your beauty as well as your health.

  • Use of Minerals Vitamins and Calcium.  Our body contains numerous minerals which due to aging are reduced. These minerals reduce the effects of aging and their amount must be increased with passage of time through use of balanced diet. The diet contents are also mentioned in next few paras. However increased vitamins and calcium would definitely improve the minerals in our body.
  • Fruits and Vegetables.  We must use citrus fruits colored fruits leafy vegetables like salad and juices. These all provide energy to our body and have better effects on digestion acts as antioxidants and also provide iron calcium and minerals.
  • Water forms the Use of Antioxidants. Our body contains free oxygen which at times increases the rate of aging. We need to use fish; eggs etc to reduce antioxidants thus delay the process of aging.
  • Major contents of our body and to remain hydrated should be the sole objective since it will keep the skin and bodies freshen and digestive system would improve.
  • Avoid Stress and UV the major cause of most of diseases like diabetes hypertension etc is merely due to stress and must be avoided. Similarly the UV rays causes wrinkles on the body and direct sun light must be avoided.
  • I shall try to give you the details of various foods and diets that would reduce the effects of aging in my later articles; however, here I have given anti-aging food pyramid, which will definitely help you in improving your diet.

  7. Soya Beans
  8. Pasta and Rice
  9. Watermelons
  10. Raspberries

  12. Chocolate
  13. Green Tea

Other than the specific foods given above just to give a general guideline, it is required to keep the caloric consumption and saturated fats intake low take enough of wholegrain oily fish and fruits as well as vegs. Reduce on salty and sweat contents containing sugar.
