The 4th and final day of PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week was really full of fashion and styles also—same like other three days—but this was the working women collection who really stole the show. Escorted classically by Adnan Pardesy, The Working Woman aroused an awesome response while it graced the ramp of PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013 in Lahore, April 2013.
The Pakistani working woman leads multiple lives and is constantly switching roles. She has set the bar high for herself. She strives daily to be a caring daughter, loving sister, pioneering professional, dedicated mother, committed wife, ideal daughter in law, and a sincere friend. She can be so many things only because she is strong willed.
There are stunning and glamorous long structured jackets, off-shoulders dresses, tone-on-tone embroidery, applique work, voluminous gowns and skirts in this luxury prèt-a-porter collection which is laced with unique color scheme and exclusive designs.
The collection is totally womenswear and every woman can wear dresses of this collection at home, office, ceremony of festival. Adnan Pardesy designed the outfits for the women fashion label, The working women for spring/summer season 2013 in Pakistan.
Followed by the Pakistan Fashion Design Council’s Sunsilk Pakistan Fashion Week in Lahore, where 46 designers including veterans like Yahsir Waheed and debutante Maghul Rashid presented their summer collections between April 26 and 29.
This year, the biggest fashion show was also rocked by other adorable collection by the high profile fashion names. Rizwan Beyg came with “Twisted KaraChakra Collection”, Warda Saleem stunned everyone with “Sephia Buildings with Gun & Roses Prints collection”, Maria B with “The Sunshine Collection”, Ayesha F. Hashwani with “Cruise Collection 2013?, Sadaf Malaterre presented her Classic KaraChakra Scarf Prints Collection at the ramp of 6h PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013.
