Some people want to get slimmer and smarter body so desperately that they forget the line when they should stop and they end up with too thin and deeply skunked cheeks and they look bony and unhealthy and we all know that sunken cheeks make your face look older and aged, so here are some simple tips for all of you to get beautiful fuller and youthful cheeks.
Here are some simple tips and exercises to get fuller cheeks:
1- First of all maintain a healthy and perfect diet, eat healthy food and eat all of your vegetables and white meat and eat sea food and maintain healthy and balanced activities in your day life, and keep your body hydration. If you need to have beautiful body then you should add good foods in your day to day diet including honey, olive oil, apples, carrots, milk, cheese and oats and add healthy fiber and greens.
2- Make a homemade juice with 3 pieces of apple, 3 slices of carrot and mix half of cup of lemon juice and grind it well and then drink that juice once a day.
3- Quite smoking and drink lots of water to increase skin elasticity.
4- Drink lots of water which is not only very good for chubby cheeks, but it is very good for sunken eyes.
5- Fill your mouth with water and hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds and then let it go and then fill your mouth and keep this mouth full water in your mouth and then let it go and do it 10 times a day.
6- Take a very deep breath through your mouth and then hold the air in your mouth and push all the ail in your right cheek, then under your lips and then on your left cheeks and then let it go and do that 5 times a day.
7- Push your lips out as far as hard as you can and then bring them back in smiling position and keep doing that for 20 seconds and you will do that for 20 times too.
8- Wash your hand and take the both thumbs of you both hands and push right cheek with your left thumb and left cheeks with your right thumb outside from in your mouth for 5 seconds and then let it go, but not too harsh.
